There are two primary options available for you to secure your place on my books. The first option is as follows: Option 1 - I will need to have the antlers or horns in my physical possession until the job can officially begin. It is important to note that up to 50% of the total cost can be paid before the job is fully completed; however, this portion is considered a deposit and, therefore, becomes non-refundable unless a tragic or unforeseen circumstance arises. Such instances will be assessed and handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
The second option, which is our preferred method, involves making a small, non-refundable deposit to hold your place in line. This allows you to admire and enjoy your trophy for as long as you wish before you decide to bring or ship it to us. Once we are only a few weeks away from starting your project, we will reach out to you to confirm the job details and request that you promptly ship or deliver the antlers to us as quickly as reasonably possible. Please remember that all deposits received are strictly non-refundable.
